Gym Etiquette
Drop-Off & Viewing Guidelines
To help us keep a safe, organized, and positive environment for all of our families, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when arriving for class. We truly appreciate your cooperation — it helps our coaches focus on the kids and keeps everyone safe!
Upon Arrival
When you arrive, please stop at the front desk to check your child in before heading into the gym area. This allows us to track attendance and assist you with any questions. All shoes and small personal items should be placed in a blue cubby bin and neatly returned to the cubby racks.
During the winter months, we ask that you take your child’s coat with you rather than leaving it in the gym. Coats often end up on the floor, which can create clutter and potential safety concerns for our athletes and families.
If You’re Staying to Watch
We love that parents enjoy watching their children learn and grow! To make sure classes run smoothly and safely, please keep the following in mind:
Please wait in the lobby area until your child’s class is ready to begin.
For safety reasons, do not stand in the hallway near the staff door, bathrooms, or water fountains. These areas must remain clear at all times as they are high-traffic and emergency access areas.
Spectators must remain seated in the designated stands or chairs. Watching from the fence area is not permitted.
Please keep conversations quiet and respectful. If you need to take a phone call, we kindly ask that you step out of the viewing area.
Help us maintain a focused training environment by avoiding any disruptions to classes or team practices.
Only water is permitted in the facility — no outside food or drinks.
Children who are not participating in a class must remain supervised in the lobby area.
Parents should not enter the gym floor or interact during class time unless a young child requires restroom assistance.
If someone is standing in restricted areas or causing disruptions, they may be asked to return to the lobby for the remainder of class. We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership in keeping Will-Moor safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for being part of our Will-Moor family! 💙
Registration & Tuition Policies
Important to Know:
To ensure a smooth experience for all families, we ask that every new student complete the registration process prior to participating in class. All athletes must have a signed waiver on file before entering the gym.
Payments
A valid credit card is required to remain on file for all accounts and must be kept current at all times. Tuition payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month. If you prefer to pay by cash, payment must be received prior to the 1st of the month to avoid late fees. Please note that tuition reserves your child’s place in class and is not based on attendance.
We require a 30-day written notice for any withdrawal or schedule change. Students are entitled to one courtesy/makeup class per month, which must be scheduled through the front desk and is subject to availability. Consistent attendance helps your child progress safely and confidently, so we encourage families to maintain regular participation.
Team Families
Coaches’ fees are due by the 15th of each month. All meet fees must be paid by the posted deadlines; unpaid meet balances will incur a late fee. If tuition, coaches’ fees, or meet fees are outstanding, the gymnast will not be eligible to compete until the account is brought current.
Additional policies that help us maintain safety and a high-quality program include:
- Parents are responsible for their children before and after class.
- Siblings are not allowed in the gymnastics area.
- Please supervise your children while in the lobby and viewing areas.
- Students must follow all safety instructions given by coaches at all times.
- We reserve the right to adjust class schedules or coaching assignments as needed to provide the best training environment possible.
We appreciate your cooperation and partnership in keeping Will-Moor organized, safe, and focused on what matters most — helping every child grow stronger, more confident, and successful.
