We are only accepting entries using the USAG Reservations system.
- Your club administrator must log into USAG
- Go to www.usagym.org
- Member Services
- Club Administration
- Meet Reservations
- Search for Meets (button at bottom right)
- Search for the invitational you wish to compete
- Check off appropriate levels & gymnasts to be entered
- All teams with 3 or more gymnasts will be entered as a team automatically
- If NOT participating for team awards you must notify Will-Moor in email
- Check off all coaches that will attend meet
- When supplying contact person note that this person will be in charge of entire team’s correspondence
- This person will need to email Will-Moor immediately after completing meet reservation
- Verify your entry was received
- If you do not wish to be included in team awards
- Your contact person will be emailed with total fees due
